Use of QuoteDesk Pro

QuoteDesk Pro is provided for authorized insurance professionals and their organizations. Users are responsible for using QDP in compliance with applicable laws, licensing obligations, carrier requirements, and their organization's policies.

Account Access

Users must protect their QDP account credentials and should not share access with unauthorized people. Workspace access may be limited by role, organization, and assignment.

Connected Services

QDP may allow users to connect third-party services, including Gmail and Outlook, through provider authorization flows. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to connect those accounts and use connected mailbox data in their workspace. Users can disconnect connected mailboxes in QDP.

Professional Responsibility

QDP supports quoting, proposal, communication, task, calendar, and reporting workflows. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs, confirming carrier and regulatory requirements, and ensuring that communications and enrollment actions are accurate and authorized.

Third-Party Services

QDP may depend on carrier systems, marketplace systems, mailbox providers, and other third-party services. Availability, eligibility, pricing, and response content from those services may vary.
